How do I pay?
As you go, direct credit or by account

Do I have to be home at collection time?
No

What do I do if my bin is not full?
Please ring the day before to cancel that collection.

What can't I put in my bin?
Bricks, concrete, dirt, liquids or hazardous waste.

How much can I put in my bin?
No more than the top of the bin with a weight limit of 45kg.

What does casual collection mean?
You ring when bin is full - you are not on a regular schedule.

If I have a wheelie, what time does it have to be out by?
7am on collection day.

I'm able to have a liner in my wheelie bin?
Yes, for a small charge.
